On the first day God made light He pulled apart the day from night There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. The second day God raised the sky A dome inside the waters high There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. The third day God lifted up the dry land And told green things, "Sprout and grow and stand!" There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. The fourth day God said "Let the heavens shine, The sun, the moon, the stars to keep the seasons and the time There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. The fifth day God made the air and water teem With birds aflutter and fishes swimming in the deep There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. The sixth day God made all the animals Everything that squeaks and roars, everything with hooves and toes There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good. And then God made you and me To tend and care for every living thing! (And eat them too!) On the seventh day God blessed All God made and took a rest There was evening, there was morning And God saw it was good.

God saw and grew distressed At the whole world's wickedness Men and women, violent, greedy Hateful, selfish, lustful, thieving "It grieves my heart, I can't abide. I'll blot them out, I can't abide." Noah was on God's good side "This is how you will survive… Build an ark and fill it full of Two of every kind of animal. I will save you, you will abide. You and your kin I can abide." Forty days, rain all around Everything on Earth was drowned Noah in his boat was waiting For any sign the flood's abating "When the dove comes back, you will abide. "Where the olive grows, you shall abide." Noah sacrificed to his Lord A burnt offering that God adored "Never again will I curse the ground Or strike every living thing down! The sun will rise while the Earth abides. Seasons come and go while the earth abides. You will sow and reap while the earth abides.”

Here I Am 02:19
God you called me and I followed Wherever you led Trusted promises you made I should have counted stars instead. The child of promise that you gave You now will take away I don't comprehend it all I don't want to obey But here I am, I give myself to you. Here I am, It's what you called me to, called me to. Father, where you go I follow And what you do I do And when you're up in early darkness I will rise with you Three days we will walk together To a far-off land I will carry wood and fire But where is the lamb? But here I am, I give myself to you. Here I am, It's what you called me to, called me to. But here I am, I am yours today. Here I am, lead me on your way, on your way.

Fear not, stand firm and see The saving work God does for you today! Fear not, stand firm and see Be silent now, God fights for you today! Chariot and rider, closing fast in hot pursuit Pharaoh in the led with murder in his eyes The sea in front of us, wide and deep and blue Did we come this far to die? Fear not, stand firm and see The saving work God does for you today! Fear not, stand firm and see Be silent now, God fights for you today! “Moses, stretch out your hands, and watch while I divide The waters of the sea that you cannot cross.” Israel walked safely to the other side Under waves Pharaoh was lost... Fear not, stand firm and see The saving work God does for you today! Fear not, stand firm and see Be silent now, God fights for you today!

Why do you spend all your money On things that will not satisfy? Come all you who thirst to the waters Come and eat, delight in rich food Seek the Lord while He may be found Call on Him while he is near... I will make a promise forever Because I love my servant David And you shall call a nation of strangers And they will coming running to you Seek the Lord while He may be found Call on Him while he is near... Rain and snow, come down from heaven And bring forth grain for sowing and baking So shall my word go before me It shall succeed and not be empty Seek the Lord while He may be found Call on Him while he is near... For you shall go out in joy And be led forth into my peace All the Earth shall break out in singing All the Earth shall praise the Lord Seek the Lord while He may be found Call on Him while he is near...

Do you hear wisdom calling? Raising her voice? At the front gate she’s calling, above the noise, “O simple ones learn prudence, O fools learn some sense For my mouth utters truth and words of righteousness.” More desired are my words than silver and much gold And sweeter than the honey on the comb The heavens declare God’s glory, the day and the night Pour out their words of wisdom and nothing can hide The law of the Lord is simple, it revives my soul THe words of the Lord are sure and make the wise simple More desired are my words than silver and much gold And sweeter than the honey on the comb More desired are my words than silver and much gold And sweeter than the honey on the comb

I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath! I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath! Not for your sake Israel that I will act But for the sake of my name, which you have profaned All the nations will know I am the Lord When I gather you back into your land I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath! I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath! I shall wash you of all, of all your uncleanliness I shall take out the heart of stone from your chest You shall dwell in the land I gave to your ancestors You shall be my people, and I your God I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath! I will give you a new heart, I will breathe in you new breath!

Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord The hand of the Lord picked me up and set me down In a lonesome valley where bones covered the ground Dry and brittle, God asked me, “Can these live again? Prophesy, Son of Man, say out loud to them, Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord I spoke as God commanded, lo and behold There was a rattling sound as bone attached to bone Sinews, flesh and blood, covered by new skin “Now tell the breath of life, come from the four winds!” Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord Son of Man, go and tell the House of Israel “Your hope is not cut off or lost Behold I will open and raise you from your graves And breathe my spirit into you.” Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, hear the word of the Lord Valley of bones, valley of bones Valley of bones, know that I am the Lord

From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, I prayed to the Lord! I cried out in distress, “Lord please answer me! You have cast me into the darkest, deepest sea! The waters close in and the weeds wrap ‘round my head! You have forgotten me, I might as well be dead!” From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, I prayed to the Lord! You lifted me up when my life fainted away In your temple far off, you heard me when I prayed! Those who bow to idols forsake hope of steadfast love I proclaim salvation belongs to the Lord! From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, From the belly of the fish I prayed, I prayed to the Lord!

The Spirit of the Lord Has settled upon me To preach the good news to the poor and proclaim liberty To all those bound and held In fetters that entwine Enslave and oppress and to restore sight to the blind The Lord proclaims his favor The Lord proclaims his time THIRD VERSE COUNTER-MELODY The Spirit of the living father Gives me the good news to proclaim Free the captives from their prison Tell the people of God’s mercy God speaks favor In his time

On the plain of Dura, King Nebuchadnezzar made A giant golden statue, told all his people “Obey The crash of the cymbal, the trill of the trumpet And when they sound, bow low! Whoever fails to grovel with gusto Gangs of armed guards will throw!” Into the fire, the roaring blazing fire Into the fire, heated white hot Into the fire, the roaring blazing fire Into the fire, I’ll throw you, I kid you not! On the plain of Dura, three told the king, “We won’t yield!” Schadrach, Meshach, Abednigo said, “Before idols we’ll never kneel. The God that we serve can deliver us from Your fiery hand, O King!” Nebuchadnezzar in furious rage told all his men to fling Into the fire, the roaring blazing fire Into the fire, heated white hot Into the fire, the roaring blazing fire Into the fire, I’ll throw you, I kid you not! On the plain of Dura, King Nubuchadnezzar was shocked “Did we not toss three in the fire? But now I see four and they walk Unharmed in the fire, and whatsmore the fourth Looks like a son of the gods! Schadrach, Meshach, Abednigo, servants of God please come out! From the fire, the roaring blazing fire From the fire, heated white hot From the fire, the roaring blazing fire No one can rescue like Israel’s God, like Israel’s God.”
